Permission Set: My Cases

Overview These permissions allow Administrators to integrate and customize customer support platforms.

My Cases: My Cases Permissions: controls permissions for cases (support tickets) None: Cannot view any cases (support tickets). View: Allows account to view cases (support tickets). Create: Allows account to view and create new cases (support tickets). Edit: Allows accounts to view, edit and create new cases

Platform: User can choose their preferred customer management platform Salesforce: Uses Salesforce as integrated Customer Management platform

Infor: Select this option to use any other platform than Salesforce. When this is selected a support page is required.

Support Page: Required for integration of CRM engine other than salesforce. Support page has to be created.
