# Overview

The **customer portal** is the signed-in space where your customers manage their own account, subscriptions, billing, and support. It's assembled from configurable [customer portal pages](/product/journeys-and-pages/pages.md) and powered by [Customer Self-Service journeys](/product/journeys-and-pages/journey-basics/journeys-overview.md), so the experience matches your brand and the actions you choose to expose.
