Profiles control what each user can see and do inside PeakCommerce. Every user is assigned a role (the broad kind of access) and a profile (the detailed permissions within that role). Profiles let you run several permission tiers per role — for example CSR Junior, Senior, and Supervisor — without changing any code.
Manage profiles from the user menu (your name, bottom-left) → Settings → Profiles.
