Audit Trail & Logs

PeakCommerce records the changes made across your tenant so administrators have transparency and accountability — who changed what, when, and from where. This matters most when several administrators, CSRs, or partners manage the same tenant and a configuration can change without everyone's knowledge.

The audit trail lives at Settings → Audit Logs (under Observability). You can review every change centrally or filter to a single user, and you control how long entries are kept.
