Journey Settings

A journey's Settings (in the builder, Content → Journeys → Edit) control how the journey behaves and where it's used:

• Subscription term — the contract length of subscriptions this journey creates.

• Profile assignments — which roles and profiles may enter the journey.

• SEO & metadata — the title and social-sharing tags for the journey's public page.

• Purpose — the function the journey serves (e.g. Change Plan or Cancellation), which binds it to the portal and CSR entry points.
