Journey Basics

Journeys are the configurable, multi-step flows your customers and CSRs move through to buy, change, or cancel — checkout, plan changes, cancellation/retention, and more. They're how PeakCommerce turns your catalog and business rules into a guided experience without custom code. Journeys live under Content → Journeys in the admin portal.
