# Unable to Login to PeakCommerce

Most sign-in issues come down to credentials or account status. Because PeakCommerce uses **Auth0** for authentication:

* **Forgot password** — use the forgot-password link on the login page; Auth0 sends a secure reset email.
* **Email/username changed** — sign in with the current email; if it was updated, look for the verification email.
* **Account deactivated** — a suspended or deleted user can't sign in. An admin can re-enable the user from the **user menu** (your name, bottom-left) → **Settings → Users**.
* **SSO issues** — if signing in through an identity provider (Salesforce, Google, or an enterprise IdP), verify the user is still active in that provider.

If problems persist, contact your PeakCommerce account or support team.
