# Login Pages

PeakCommerce serves sign-in through **Auth0 Universal Login**, so the same hardened, hosted login experience covers everyone — Admins, CSRs, partners, and end customers — and password handling never lives in the application itself. The login page a person sees depends on which **surface** (host) they arrive on, and that surface decides which population and identity provider apply.

PeakCommerce supports:

* **Standard hosted login** — the default Auth0-hosted page for admins, CSRs, partners, and customers.
* **Branded / custom-domain login** — serve sign-in from your own domain so the experience matches your brand. Custom domains affect the *login* experience only; they do not change how PeakCommerce identifies the tenant or your account.
* **SSO sign-in** — when a surface is connected to an identity provider, users are sent straight to that provider instead of seeing a password screen. Staff hosts route to your enterprise IdP; the customer portal can be entered via an app-initiated handoff with no visible login at all. ## Forgot password

Every password-based login page offers a **forgot-password** link. The user receives a reset email and securely sets a new password — all handled by Auth0. Users who sign in through SSO reset their password (and manage MFA) in your own identity provider, not here.
