Contacts

The Contacts list is your CRM directory of the individual people you work with — buyers, billing contacts, and other stakeholders at your customer organizations.

Go to CRM → Contacts. Each row shows:

  • Name — the contact's name, with their job title beneath it when set

  • Email — the contact's email address

  • Phone — the contact's phone number

  • Organization — the organization the contact belongs to, if any

  • Status — whether the contact record is Active or Inactive (see below)

Search by name or email to find a contact, filter by status, and use the row menu () to View Details, Edit, or Delete a contact. Use Add Contact (top right) to create a new one.

Contact status

The Status badge reflects whether the contact record is currently active in your CRM:

  • Active — a live contact you're working with. Shown as a green badge.

  • Inactive — a contact who has been deactivated (for example, someone who has left the organization or is no longer a point of contact). Shown as a grey badge.

Status describes the contact record only. It is not a billing, subscription, or payment indicator, and it does not depend on any external system loading — a contact's status is always available.

Filtering by status

Use the Statuses dropdown above the list to narrow it to Active or Inactive contacts. Leave it on All Statuses to see every contact regardless of status.
